The Taubertal 100 takes place every year on the first weekend of October. The national holiday of the "Day of German Unity" offers a long weekend to enjoy this event with the family. |

Runners who stay the night in Wertheim or Gemünden can have their luggage transported from Rothenburg to Wertheim or Gemünden. Luggage can be handet in on Saturday from 5:00 a.m. until 5:15 a.m. in front of Hotel Rappen. |
Runners taking part in the with the 50 km and 70 km may choose to travel onwards to Wertheim by train. |
Back Transport: A shuttle-bus is available to transport runners back to Rothenburg from the finish of each race distance from the railway station. |
Onward Transport: 50km runner with finish in Bad Mergentheim and 70km runner with finish in Tauberbischofsheim can use horly a train to travel to Wertheim. Award Cremony: The castle restaurant offers food a`la carte but you can attend without ordering any food at all. The award celebration in Wertheim is on Saturday 10 p.a. in the castle, and for 100 mile runners on Sunday at 1:30 p.am. in Gemünden Hotel Schäffer. The lunch in Gemünden will be held on Sonday at 12 noon in Hotel Schäffer. |
